The candidate must have the following qualifications:
Requirements:

Experience
with establishing, planning, organizing and implementing
test plans and strategies

Ability
to exercise independent judgment and creative problem-solving
techniques in a rapid change environment

Execute
test procedures on multiple platforms (UNIX, LINUX,
and Windows)

Perform
audits of process and procedures

Defect identification,
tracking and resolution

Performance
and scalability testing is a plus

Knowledge
of Hardware, Communication systems, and Networks is
a strong plus

Knowledge
of Financial trading systems is a strong plus
